Woke up at 5 am. Prayed the Rosary and Read Daily Gospel reading. ran 3 miles again. then worked. from 11-6. 
then went to training (late) and did the punishments after wards which was 
100 burpees, 100 situps, 100 pushups (i did the pulse ones), 100 squats, 100 jumping jacks. (5×100). 
I helped NCG create an Instagram account. Follow them @newcatholicgeneration on IG. 

I had a meeting with a great friend afterward, talking about goals and business. 

now i’m here, giving my other business partner some feedback on her other business that she just started and is already taking off with. 

life is so good.
